A safe space where Izabel Florence interviews people from all kinds of backgrounds and shares her own thought about what keeps us happy, healthy and feeling worthy, touching on subjects such as creativity, spirituality, community, gratitude, mindfulness and much more.
I offer pre recorded guided meditation series (choose between the astrology signs and planets, chakra balancing or archetypes series), as well as online one to one yoga classes tailored to your needs.
