Probiotics Tomato Toast
Ingredients:
1/2 tsp miso paste
1/2 tsp soya milk
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
2 tbsp vegan cream cheese (comment on an insta pic if you’d like the recipe for my fermented cream cheese)
4 cherry tomatoes
2 slices of seeded wholegrain bread
Fresh Basil
Spring Onions
Method:
Grill the slices of bread in the oven till golden and crunchy (turning it half way trough). Put the tomatoes on a baking sheet drizzles with olive oil. Roast till they are bursting.
Mix the garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, soya milk, oregano and miso paste with your cream cheese. Salt to taste.
Spread the cream cheese mix on the toast, top it with the tomatoes, fresh basil and spring onions. Drizzle with olive oil.
