No Açai Açai

Ingredients:

  • 3 frozen bananas

  • 1 cup frozen peach (chopped)

  • 2 cups frozen blueberries

  • 1/2 cup nut milk (I used oat)

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp cacao

  • 1 tbsp light agave syrup

    Possible toppings:

  • 2 squares 100% dark chocolate

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

  • Freeze dried raspberries

  • Desiccated coconut

Method:

It is quite incredible how much this smoothie tastes like Açai!

Blend all ingredients in a high speed sturdy blender. If your blender is not powerful enough, add more nut milk.

Scoop it into a gorgeous bowl, and top with as many toppings as you’d like. Make sure you shave or chop your chocolate before adding, and feel free to use any bits of fruits you have lying around. Enjoy!
