Plum Tart

Ingredients:

Filling:

  • Coconut milk 165ml

  • 2 plums

  • 1/2 cup oats

  • 3 Tsp maple syrup

  • 2 tsp pb

  • 2 tsp chia

  • 3 tsp flax

Base:

  • 1 cup almonds roasted

  • Tsp cinnamon

  • Tsp cacao

  • 6 dates m

  • 1 plum

Finish:

  • 4 plums 1/2 moon slices

Method:

Blend all tart base ingredients.

Preheat the oven to 180c. Spread some coconut oil onto a flan tin with removable base, and press the base onto it. Roast the base for 15 minutes, and leave it in the fridge to cool.

Blend the filling ingredients, and pour them on top of the tart base. Slice the plums into half moons, and arrange them starting from the outside edges.

Roast it for an hour, checking on it so the edges don’t burn.
